Shields is on the forefront of a new packaging concept – stretch hood technology. Our super stretch hooder film is being used to package products ranging from kitchen appliances to motorcycles. The automated stretch hooder offers better protection than traditional corrugated packaging, reduces packaging costs and puts your product out front where it can be seen by consumers. We manufacture mono-extruded bottom-seal bags as an economical solution for the bulk storage or shipment of products. These plain and printed bags are produced from low-density, linear low-density, or a blend of additives and resins to meet customer specifications. Shields also produces flat and gusseted, tubular, bottom-seal bags, often referred to as shipping sacks.
